Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you understand our supervised visitation monitoring services in Los Angeles County.

1. What certifications or qualifications do your monitors have?

One of our senior monitors, who also serves as our Program Director, is a graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s POST 832 Certification Course and a former sworn peace officer for the State of California. Although our Program Director's new focus is ClearPointLMS, his former training and experience guides our company's work. Collectively, our team has conducted hundreds of child abuse investigations throughout Southern California.

2. What does the intake process consist of?

Before services begin, both parents or guardians must complete the intake process individually. This includes submitting court orders, identification, and any other relevant documentation. Each party participates in a brief interview where we review expectations, visitation rules, and safety protocols in accordance with California Family Code and court guidelines. The intake also allows us to address special needs, language barriers, or scheduling requests, ensuring every visit is safe, efficient, and comfortable for all involved.

3. Are your visits and reports court-approved?

Yes. All of our services are court-approved and meet the requirements of California Family Code Section 3200.5 and Standard 5.20. Our team provides clear, factual, and unbiased visitation reports that are accepted by family courts, attorneys, and mediators throughout Los Angeles County. Every report is written with objectivity, accuracy, and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality and neutrality in compliance with state standards.

4. Do you offer bilingual visitation monitoring?

Yes. ClearPoint LMS proudly offers bilingual visitation monitoring in English and Spanish. Our bilingual monitors ensure that language never becomes a barrier to family connection or understanding. We’re committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive communication that supports families from all backgrounds during every supervised visit.
